Postpartum Nourishment

Food that cares for you, too.

The weeks after birth are a time to be cared for, fed well, and given space to rest.

Chef Daniel offers thoughtfully prepared postpartum meals for new families throughout Austin and the Texas Hill Country.

Menus are created around your family's preferences, cultural traditions, dietary needs, and the foods that feel most comforting during this season. Everything is prepared from scratch using fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, with organic products selected whenever possible and no seed oils — warm, generous food that is easy to enjoy with one hand and a sleeping baby in the other.

Daniel's approach is also shaped by his wife, Jennifer, an experienced doula who has spent years supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Together, they understand how meaningful it can be to have nourishing food in the house when everything else is changing.

The goal is simple: fewer decisions, good food in the house, and one less thing for a new family to think about.
